Muscular Endurance Workouts

The following workout document is an adaptation of Joe Friel's Endurance Workouts as outlined in his book 'The Cyclists Training Bible'. The workout document is targeted at utilising a Stationary Training system but can also be utilised on the open road.

To best use this workout it is recommended that you have estimated your Heart Rate Zones 1 - 5c and use this workout in conjunction with a directed training plan. As with any exercise due care and caution should be taken when exercising, and any medical advise should be sought from your physician.
