The following Cycling Strength document is from Joe Friel's website www.trainingbible.com and is outlined in his book 'The Cyclists Training Bible'. The program is intended for use in augmenting an 'on-bike' periodised training program.

To best use this workout it is recommended that you use this program in conjunction with a directed training plan. As with any exercise due care and caution should be taken when exercising, and any medical advise should be sought from your physician. Additional care should be taken to ensure that correct lifting techniques are used at all times.
