Gold Coast CATS Cycling Club does not take any responsibility for any mishaps of any kind that may occur to any person or persons when travelling to, from, or when participating in one of the rides listed on this section or any other section of this website unless these are being explicitly run by the Gold Coast CATS Cycling Club. This is simply an information service and is not designed to endorse or encourage riders to visit the rides listed below.

It is the riders responsibility to be certain of the legality of any ride or area they ride in, and to take all necessary safety precautions for themselves and others, and no responsibilty shall be accepted by Gold Coast CATS Cycling Club, it's volunteers or associates, or by those good enough to organise and run these rides.

Please note that in participating in any of these training rides, you are taking part in a potentially dangerous activity which can be harmful to you. Other people organising or participating in these rides have no control over other riders or traffic. If you participate in any of these rides you do so entirely at your own risk.

Riders are encouraged to follow all applicable road rules at all times.
