The annual Battle on the Border event once again attracted significant numbers of participants from the Gold Coast Cycling Club. This is one of the features of the cycling calendar and a tough test of one’s cycling prowess. We congratulate all our members who entered this event irrespective of where you finished in the GC.

Congratulations to Katrin Garfoot winning the Oceania Women's Road Race in Canberra recently. This was a fantastic result for Kat on a rigorous course where over 20 riders failed to finish!

Congratulations to Steve Storer who claimed "Champion of Champions" at the recent National Masters Track Championships in Perth after winning gold medals in the Sprints and Scratch Races and a silver medal in the Time Trial. We are so proud of his achievements and contribution to the club as an exceptional role model
